For Pro Subscribers: Each week, upload your sermon, YouTube video, or podcast that you want us to edit into your Church Posting dashboard. If you have any photos you’d like included in your image-based posts, be sure to upload those too. If you upload your content by Sunday (and you’re among the first 10 churches), your content will be ready for review by Monday evening. If you’re after the first 10, expect your content by Tuesday evening. You’ll receive an email notification when your content is ready, and you can review, approve, or request changes directly in the dashboard. Need a small revision, like adjusting a caption or music? You can request up to two revisions each week using the form at revision.churchposting.com or the revision tab in your dashboard. Once approved, your content is automatically scheduled, but you can adjust captions, posting dates, and platforms within our social media scheduling calendar.

For Classic Subscribers: Upload your sermon content into the Church Posting dashboard, and you’ll receive a notification when your finished clips are ready by Wednesday night each week.

Quarterly Strategy Call: Each quarter, Pro subscribers can schedule a review call to discuss strategies, give feedback on what you liked or didn’t like, and work together to improve your content and reach.
